We love the new layout. We had like 20 people over and it flowed super well. What a relief! Used to be so clogged up in certain parts of the house and it was uncomfortable. Doesn’t feel that way any more! Looking forward to more holiday celebrations!

My husband and I went back and forth for a year trying to decide who to hire to finish the basement of our 1956 home. We were working with nothing but studs and concrete. We had zero idea where to start. Zach stepped in and curated a digital schematic out of a few ideas I had on a Pinterest board. When I say they knocked it out of the park, it truly is an understatement! Zach and Cody were beyond gracious, helpful and informative when it came to all the nagging questions i had each day. I could not be more happy with the work they did. Quality and craftsmanship go hand in hand with ZEM. I have already recommended them to friends and family!
